The idea

Monolith brings everything a coach and their athletes need into one connected product: personalised programmes, progress tracking, communication, media and performance analytics.

My role

I co-founded Monolith with Amin and I am its only developer. I lead product discovery, prioritisation and the roadmap. I turn what coaches need into requirements, workflows and data models, and I build it myself with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma and Docker, using AI-assisted development to move quickly without losing reliability.

Designed for the phone

Coaches work on the move, so Monolith is phone-first. In June 2026 I rebuilt the mobile view and designed several pages from scratch so coaches can run their whole workflow from their phones.

Launch

Monolith went live on 31 July 2026, when the first Founding Coaches received access. Their feedback shapes the next stage, and access is opening to more coaches.
