The brief
One company-wide ERP for Carinopack that connects production, inventory, procurement and sales, designed around how the factory really works rather than around a generic template.
My role
Since December 2025 I have led the design and implementation end to end, as Operations Manager and ERP Project Lead:
- Mapped and standardised operational processes across the core functions
- Turned stakeholder requirements into workflows, data structures and implementation priorities
- Defined management KPIs and reporting for operational visibility and decision-making
- Coordinated delivery across teams, managing dependencies, risks and user feedback
Where it is now
The platform was delivered to the team in 2026 and went through testing with its users. The work has since grown into a wider brief with the CEO: a faster, more agile company that is ready for digital and remote work.
