Last steps on Monolith
From ERP to a wider brief at Carinopack, then the final changes on Monolith.
Today, I had a long meeting with the CEO of CarinoPack. We moved beyond the ERP platform discussion and into a broader consulting direction. My goal is to help make their company more agile, faster, smoother, and more aligned with a digital and remote work culture.
After that, I got back to working on Monolith. I think these might be the final changes for the platform, and I hope to see solid progress here, just like in my other projects.
It was a very busy day, but not a bad one.
